Are you ever like, how does Tara decide what her Tip’s will be every week?
NO I am not constantly inspired with this well of knowledge.... or am I? No! I am not. I am a human, I've got bad days and good days (these day's the bad aren't too often) & some weeks I am far more motivated than others!
So how do I get KILLER tips to you each and every Tuesday? A CONTENT CALENDAR!! YEP! That's the secret! Okay, Tara, I get it.... I need a content calendar... but where do I even start?
I get this a lot. It can seem very overwhelming to sit down and create a calendar of content if you don't even know whats happening next week in your life, let alone your business!
If you aren't sure of what you are working toward each month in your business, when you create content, you will just be throwing out captions and pretty pictures hoping for it to resonate with the people (which it might) but then what?
Mama, you're building a BIZNESS! Right? If you don't have a plan for your business, goals set, and calls to action through your messaging all you're doing on your social medias is sharing your opinion & hoping to make money somehow.

6 months ago, I was giving away free coaching sessions to anyone who would talk to me & now I have 2 profitable 2 businesses that work with & for each other! The thing that has taken my coaching business from crickets to a full blown consulting firm with a team of 4?
Making a plan & working my plan (yes, this is your Biz Tip Tues).
MY plan looks like the following: planning product launches with enough time to have a real marketing plan of action. Monthly, quarterly & yearly tiered goals to keep me on track with my business growth. & a monthly Content Calendar that has a brief breakdown of the MOST important pieces of content that need to be created for the month and when they will be best suited to go live!
I began to treat my business like a corporate business and my revenue grew 6 times in 6 months.
What did BIG companies have that I didn't have? A PLAN! You don't have to b a big business to have a plan. and to be frank, if you don't have a plan in place do you have a business? Or are you just hoping your hobby, you're calling a business, will make you money? she said it.
Make a plan, work your plan.
Q4 Starts in 3 weeks. Do you have a plan for the BIGGEST consumer spending quarter of the year? If you are panicking... don't, I've got you!
If you don't have any clue where to start... start by getting your calendar out & looking at the rest of the year. What do you want to accomplish? Those become your goals!
How and with what will you accomplish them? Those will be your products & their launches.
How will you share them and the immense value you give to your people? This is your content!
Use your goals, launches & the types of content you will be sharing work with each other... by making a plan!!
